Thanks for your video on webmaster guidelines. What’s the max about of words you should have on a page? Some of my pages at my store I have between 700- 1000 words. You indicated 400-600 words. Lately I have been focusing on about 5 main keywords per page, and focusing on those keywords, is that a good thing or bad?

Yes, any page on your site pointing to the home page should be no follow. That being said it should also be noted that one can go over board with seo and also get in trouble!
These days I point some links to the homepage that say home while other links use anchor text for what I am trying to rank for.

In relation to the “Home” link. Do you recommend using no follow links from all pages on a site? Does a link like “Home” not make it easier for the viewer to navigate the site?

“When you say that you put text links to describe the content on your homepage, what do you actually mean by this?”
I think he means rather than using a link that says ‘Home’ use a link that says ‘Car Insurance’ or whatever.
