What are the correct possible resolutions and magnifications of an SEM and TEM electron microscope?

I am finding different figures everywhere!
In one revision book it says
SEM mag.=x100,000 res.=0.1nm
TEM mag.=x500,000 res.=0.1nm

others say over x1000000
and 0.005um
im so confusedd!!
and i have to learn the correct ones!!

I am doing a-level biology and i had this problem too. my teacher said in the exam to use these figures

both have a resolution of 0.1nm
magnification of TEM = x500,000
magnification of SEM = x100,000
