Why is it that every sem in college there will always be at least 1 person who talks crap about the prof?
There’s always one class where I am unlucky enough to sit next to someone who would do this. They don’t even dare to say it to the professor. I end up being like one of the few people who hear their bullshit. I’m trying to get through the semester with low stress and not have to worry about interpersonal relations or classroom politics and this is fucking me up.
Everybody has different opinions on professors. While you may think that the professor is wonderful, someone else might think they are a horrible professor. As this is true, so is the fact that different people express themselves differently. One person might keep their dislike to themselves, while another person may verbally express their dislike. Just ignore them or tell them to shut up.

Ignore them, as in be rude and just don’t acknowledge their existence. force them to talk about this to someone other than you.

That’s college life! A professor, even a popular one, should not try to please everyone but should be accessible. I would say something–because the stress is coming from NOT feeling like you can say anything to the complainer. Move, or speak up. You’ll be glad you did.
